The proprietor Steve Benoit established Novaba P/L to realise his vision of providing Brisbane home owners with the ultimate finish by means of superior quality construction. Steve has been a registered builder since 1985 and has developed a reputation for his honesty, quality workmanship and completion of projects within time and budget constraints in the northern Brisbane area. He’s worked in Bowen Hills, the Gap and Carseldine.
When starting a new project we provide an itemised list that allows fine tuning of your specific project requests. This process also monitors the overall job cost and enables additions and alterations to the original project scope to be quoted in an efficient manner. At every stage of the building process we will keep you updated on the progress of your job and welcome your input and feedback.
Novaba P/L is a member of the large buying group Trade Builders to ensure we are able to buy materials at the right price. We are also regularly updated with the latest product information from Timber Research Queensland for materials and fixings to make certain our construction conforms to relevant Australian Standards. Steve also knows the northern Brisbane areas well and is aware of the best products and where to buy them.
He is a Master Builder and has trained to bring out the best of the workmanship. Our quest for the ultimate finish starts with the use of laser level and theodolite technology. We then plane and straighten walls to ensure all floor and wall sheets are truly straight and level.
